6:00pm - home from work - feeling like i might be coming down with something... mmm, cheese will fix it.. my favourite hot provolone.



















8:45pm - salmon baked with lemon and butter, fried cabbage and tomatoes.














9:35pm - ...mmm, the only chocolate left in my flat, cooking chocolate... still good :)

Flexi-meal : our work offers pre-tax lunches through a company where we order online our lunch in the morning and by midday it appears in a brown paper bag in the 'hub' (common room).. I ordered a ham and cheese on rye with a Lemon Ice Tea.

anzac cookie which Alison gave me for Anzac day on Wednesday- I didn't eat them all, this one was the last one which I ate today, Friday at around 3pm

afternoon juice from office fridge... the water tap was off as workmen putting in new toliets so had to drink juice instead of water.
