9:30pm - Sitar kitchen ... near the end of the the night. Week nights close around 10pm.
9:35pm : staff dinners waiting collection : I ordered some chicken and spinach thing? I was trying out something new.
9:50pm - this is a Semhar creation from work (she's my african friend).. mango nectar with full-cream milk. .. it actually tastes really good and creamy.
