10:15am - tuna on soy & linseed toast at Mum's and Dad's place.
10:30 am - sugar coated cashews at Mum and Dad's
12:30pm - ham, tomato, lettuce and mustard sandwhich on multi at home watching Roman Holiday
1:00pm - some grapes at home
2:10pm - pre-gym coffee watching Ready Steady Cook at home

did you enjoy roman holiday?? isn't it the best movie ever??
the first half hour or so is a bit boring, but then it really picks up. I love the setting of Rome back in the 50's and how you could just walk anywhere you liked in the Coliseum.
